A Run on the Dragonfly Trail
This was painted for the 2024 Bank of the Arts show "Joy in the Ordinary."
A beautiful place in New Bern for the public is Martin Marietta Park. There is trail called the Dragonfly trail and certain times of the year it is filled with dragonflies. I always go to Martin Marietta if I need some time to be alone, clear my head, go on a run and hang out with the dragonflies.

I Will Let the Crows Judge Me
This was for the 2024 ROYGBIV show in the Bank of the Arts in New Bern, NC. This year my color was purple and I was exploring themes of spirituality and moral judgement in society vs. nature.
Crows remember the people who have done them wrong and the people who are kind to them. I would rather a crow have judgement of me than anyone else.
